Hall Rental Fee

Sutherlin Senior Center's rental fee is $1250 per day.

(Possible consideration of fee waiver by Board of Directors for Non-Profit organizations. Cleaning deposit still required.) A certificate of insurance may be necessary in some cases.

Kitchen Rental Fee

Use of the kitchen involves an additional fee of $50.00 per day.

(Depending on the type of event, renter may be required to have a health permit.

Cleaning Deposit

An additional cleaning deposit fee of $75 is required. The fee will be refunded if the Center is left clean and in good condition as when presented.

Application Confirmationion

Requests for the use of the Center must be made well in advance in order for the Board of Directors to grant approval, if necessary. The Board of Directors meet on the third Wednesday of each month at 9:30 am.

Rules & Regulations

No Alcohol, Smoking, Vaping or Illegal Drugs allowed in the building.
No tacks, nails, or tape are to be used on the walls or doors.
The building and grounds must be left clean and in good order.
The Center shall be reimbursed by the above "Name" for the cost of any damage done to the building, equipment and grounds.
